For over a decade, Padraic F.X. Dugan, Esq., has prided himself on treating his clients with great patience and dignity during what can be an exceedingly difficult time in their lives. Mr. Dugan is licensed to practice in New Mexico, New Jersey, New York, and Washington DC. After law school, Mr. Dugan obtained a prestigious Judicial Clerkship with the Honorable Robert A. Coogan, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey Division of Equity and Chancery Family Part. After his clerkship, he began his private practice career specializing in litigation areas including but not limited to: divorce and separation, domestic violence, high asset complex financial matters, and contentious child custody issues. Mr. Dugan has been a contributing editor to legal treatises in the area of family law. He has actively litigated cases throughout New Jersey and Southern New Mexico, including but not limited to Grant, Luna, and Doña Ana counties.
After later moving to New Mexico, he expanded his practice to Bullard Street in the beautiful Historic Downtown Silver City where he assists the community in a myriad of legal matters. In addition to his private practice, Mr. Dugan serves The Town of Silver City and The City of Bayard in his role of special prosecutor for selected criminal cases for The Sixth Judicial District. Mr. Dugan takes great pleasure in exploring the Gila wilderness, taking walks downtown and engaging in community events with his family.
Mr. Dugan believes that there is no case too big or too small and treats his clients as if they were family.
